NYTFF was born from a need to showcase a collection of trans+ projects and to bring our community together to share these stories.

We're honored to have shared the works of so many queer artists in our first annual New York Trans Film Festival. Each project is created by LGBTQIA+ folks, featuring projects that are about, starring and created by the transgender and non-binary community, expressing the multitude of emotions and experiences of living in a cis world, while embracing your own unique identity.
